The holiday season can be joyful—but, it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and emotionally heavy, especially as a mom. In this episode of A Mother’s Journey to Holistic Health and Healing, I’m sharing how I approach taking care of myself during the holidays—and how you can too, without guilt, pressure, or burnout.

In this heartfelt and practical episode, I walk you through my top 10 holistic self-care practices to support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being during this busy season. These are the tools I return to when life feels full and my nervous system needs support—practices that help me stay grounded, present, and connected rather than depleted.

I talk about why things like nutrition, gentle movement, sleep, boundaries, and spiritual connection are so important during the holidays, and how to approach them in a realistic, compassionate way—especially if you struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling  the pressure to get everything done.
