22. I AM Meditation for Inner Confidence and Peace

Our minds our powerful. Our thoughts can either help us or hurt us. 

What happens when you are thinking negative thoughts about yourself? Have you ever noticed how words of self-judgement and criticism, impact you emotionally? On the other hand, what about positive thoughts about yourself? What happens as a result?

For example, let's say you really wanted to make a career change, or start your own business, or take all of your kids out for an all day outing alone. You then start to have thoughts of self-doubt such as "I can't do that" or  "There's no way I'd be able to" fill in the blank. 

Our thoughts will determine our actions or in action. They have as much power to lift you up or bring you down. 

By practicing supportive and positive affirmations daily, especially on days when you most need to hear them, you are rewiring your brain. It will help you change the way you think and feel. Imagine how powerful and life transforming this could be if you practiced saying affirmations that resonated with you and brightened your spirit.
