21. 8 Ways to Honor the Divine Feminine Energy Within You

Now that the colder season is approaching, it is naturally a time of slowing down, of healing, of rest. Winter asks us to reflect and to go inward. It's a time to really think about what it is we want to change within ourself such as habits, patterns, or limiting beliefs.
Winter is a time to think about what it is you wish to let go of so that come Spring, you are open for growth, rebirth, and change. It's a time to plant new and empowering seeds for the upcoming new year. It's a time to connect to the divine feminine energy within you.
Because we live in a faced paced society, we tend to operate in our masculine energy. Always doing, taking action, and being productive. It has it's purpose, however, when we are "heavily" operating in our masculine energy, our well-being is out of balance.
The divine feminine is a spiritual and psychological concept that embodies qualities traditionally associated with femininity. It's not confined to one gender but is an essential aspect of the human experience.
Divine femininity is about nurturing, understanding, empathy, and connection. It represents a side of ourselves that fosters emotional intelligence, intuition, and compassion.
Divine feminine energy feels like a gentle yet powerful force that flows within. It's not about gender but the balance of energies within. The divine masculine is the yang to the divine feminine's yin, each complementing and balancing the other.
In this episode, I'm sharing why I started tapping into my feminine energy and how it's helped me create inner balance and harmony.
I will also share eight practical ways you can start tapping into your divine feminine energy this winter season, so you can begin to create inner balance and harmony. This in turn allows us to become a healthier, brighter version of ourselves and so we can live our day with more presence, joy, love, and peace.
